ReFuels Dashboard

ReFuels Dashboard is an internal platform designed specifically to improve the efficiency of managing fuel transportation contracts. Its main goal is to optimize the creation, tracking, and modification of contract request forms, allowing employees to manage the entire process quickly and efficiently. Built with Next.js and React, the platform ensures a smooth and fast experience, while forms are handled with Formik and field validation is managed with Yup.

The dashboard focuses on enhancing productivity and ease of use by reducing load times and simplifying data entry. Features such as tabbed forms, real-time contract tracking, and a detailed change history system allow employees to see who made modifications, when, and which fields were affected, improving traceability and process control.

One of the main challenges of the project was creating a scalable application that would allow for quick future maintenance and the addition of new features without compromising efficiency or usability. Additionally, accessibility and a low learning curve were prioritized to ensure the application was easy to use and quick to learn.
